Our story

For years, I struggled to find clothing that truly reflected my identity. I wore my father's boxer briefs for a long time, but they weren’t designed for a body like mine.  Curious about whether others felt the same way, I conducted a survey with 162 respondents.  82% of gender-minoritized participants expressed feeling excluded by the binary-divided fashion industry. The response made one thing clear: there was an urgent need for a brand that prioritized gender diversity, inclusivity, and true comfort.

That’s why Bekvm exists. Our mission is to challenge gender norms by creating inclusive, comfortable clothing that empowers people to feel at home in their bodies. Our approach blends responsible production, a mission-driven purpose and community-driven design to build products that are not just stylish but truly affirming and problem-solving.

Our vision is clear: we believe in a world where everyone is able to comfortably and confidently determine who they are, what they wear, and how they look.
